All social security and welfare fund pension beneficiaries who have been sanctioned a pension up to December 31, 2025, must complete the mustering process via an Akshaya Centre between July 17 and October 31, 2026.

State-Level Grievance Redressal Mechanism

Grievances can be submitted online to the Chief Minister from anywhere in the world through the web portal cmo.kerala.gov.in. In addition to this, complaints can also be submitted online via Akshaya Centres, by post, or directly through the 'Santhwana Kendram' at the Secretariat.
